Library Services
For more than two decades, MacroSys has provided a full spectrum of library science support to the Department of Transportation, including the National Transportation Library, Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center, and the Volpe Center. Our librarians, catalogers, and information management specialists have helped digitize, organize, manage, and archive thousands of records in compliance with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) standards. In addition, our library professionals have performed all functions inherent to Federal library operations, including database searching and literature review, bibliography preparation, collection development, electronic resources recommendations and general reference and referral for library patrons.
